Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist at Centex Rehabilitation located in Harker Heights, TX. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing therapy to patients, developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. The Occupational Therapist will also assist patients in regaining independence and improving quality of life through therapeutic interventions and activities.
Qualifications Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation skillsKnowledge in Medicine and PediatricsEffective Communication skillsAbility to assess patient needs and develop treatment plansExperience in working with a diverse patient populationStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a teamCurrent state licensure as an Occupational TherapistBachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational TherapyExperience in a healthcare setting is a plus
