Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Speech Language Pathologist at Central Coast Language and Learning Center Speech Pathology located in Santa Cruz, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for conducting speech therapy, diagnosing and treating communication disorders, and addressing language disorders. Daily tasks will include providing dysphagia assessment and treatment, creating personalized therapy plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications Strong skills in Speech Therapy and SpeechExperience diagnosing and treating DysphagiaKnowledge of Communication Disorders and Language DisordersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well within a multidisciplinary teamMaster's degree in Speech-Language PathologyCurrent state licensure and certification in Speech-Language PathologyPrior experience working with diverse populations is a plus
