📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Description
Our Pet Segment is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to be a part of our Pet Distribution Team based in Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and accountability to the warehouse team.
Measures Of Success
Provide leadership to warehouse team and accountability to management.Supervise daily inbound freight, inventory, aisle maintenance and employee productivity.Ensure facility Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals are met and/or exceeded.Responsible for enforcing and fostering a safe work environment.Safety Coordinator; responsible for monthly safety meetings to meet company standards.Responsible to report all accidents, incidents and near misses into company reporting module Train employees on company policies, warehouse procedures, and equipment.Maintain monthly warehouse sanitation schedule.Experience with RF gun, inventory control, and cycle counting.
