Our client is looking for a Manager of Finance and Operations to join their team. The Finance and Operations Manager will report to the VP of Professional Services. Duties: Financial Reporting & Analysis for an IT Services business unitRevenue and utilization forecasting / reportingMonthly P&LsQuarterly Reviews & AnalysisProject level accountingBudgetingLead Services business unit through Service Systems & Operations processes and requirements. For Example: maintain and train others on system/accounting requirements for contract setup.Lead customization and integration system enhancements.Provide financial analysis and recommendations to the Services business unit and help drive continuous improvements.Assist in creating reporting and pricing templates. Required: Expert-level Excel skillsSolid accounting backgroundExperience with NetSuite and NetSuite OpenAir Strong math and analytical skills3-5 years of experience in financial reporting and analysisUnderstanding of IT Services business Preferred: Four-year degree Experience with Service Now and/or SalesForce
