Roles & Responsibilities:Looking for someone who are technically strong, good with Architecture & Designing, knocking off things fast along with quality, good at communication and having experience as UI lead. Techstack – React 16+, Redux or Mobx store management, Node.js, Typescript, ES6, CSS3, CSS Preprocessors, Grid layout knowledge, Rest API implementations, Jest Test
Lead Qualifications:Ability to functionally understand and explain what the applications/systems can do, who are it’s users, what the various workflows, what’s the impact to the clientsUnderstand the development and release processes (CI/CD process)Delegate and manage work of other UIs (3 to 4 people)Ability to communicate well and collaborate well with other partners like product, qe, upper management and soAbility to do pocs and come up with new components and solutions for the new initiatives and existing issues and so
