Century Group is in search of a Jr. Recruiter to join a team in Englewood, CO. Qualified candidates with 1+ years of accounting experience are encouraged to apply. Local candidates only. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $60,000 to $65,000 per year.

Job Description

Experienced working on phones and through email Experience with onboarding tasks for new hires In-Person, virtual, and phone recruiting Expectation of travel and to get out on job sites, walk the sites for recruiting purposes Support Lead Recruiters with any other projects necessary

Requirements

1-2 years’ experience within Recruiting, Customer Service, and/or Administrative work Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ERP system skills Software: Indeed, Zip Recruiter Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Able to communicate with professionals at all levels Able to work independently and take initiative Able to adapt to changing priorities
