Firco Continuity – Senior Associate

Title: Firco Continuity – Senior AssociateLocation: Pittsburg, PA or Lake Mary, FL (3 days’ on-site required)Duration: 7 Months Contract***We will accept relocation candidates however they must have relocated before the start date – client will not confirm start date until candidate provides proof of local residence, either temporary or permanent residence – no “starting remote and will relocate in 2-3 months” type candidates.

Job Description:One of my client is looking to add 2 Firco Continuity Senior Associates to our team to support one of our clients that is based in Lake Mary, FL (positions could also sit in Pittsburgh, PA). The Firco Continuity Senior Associate will be a significant contributor to a globally diverse team which is responsible for enhancing and maintaining our Fircosoft Real-Time OFAC Sanction screening platforms. Challenges will include OFAC screening of real-time financial messages, OFAC screening of client information, configuring, testing, and deploying product enhancements, building new utilities and reports, onboarding new feeds, coordinating deployments, and participating in meetings with business partners and vendors. This highly visible position is critical for the continued success of the company’s regulatory and compliance initiatives.

Primary job responsibilities include:Providing OFAC technical solutions.Strategic architecture design and development.Configuring server environments.Configuration, testing, and deployment of new LexisNexis Firco Continuity (Fircosoft Continuity) products and features.Onboard new work streams for screening.Implement regulatory model changes.Developing new utilities and reports.

Qualifications:5 - 7 years of related development experience in a fast-paced financial or securities environment.3-5+ years of experience installing and configuring LexisNexis Firco Continuity (Fircosoft Continuity) products.Strong experience in OFAC regulations and processes.Experience working with various financial transaction message types such as SWIFT MT and MX, FED Wires, and CHIPS;Experience in FircoSoft tool testing and tuning activities.Hands-on experience with Linux, Java, Containers, Windows, .NET, Oracle DB, and SQL Server.Familiarity with ETL platforms is a plus.Strong verbal and written communication skills.
