Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for Technicians of all levels. The Technicians will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems. This includes installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and monitoring of these systems. The Technicians will also be involved in system design and customer support.
QualificationsExperience in installation, service, and maintenance of access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systemsKnowledge of system design and integrationFamiliarity with industry standards and best practicesAbility to troubleshoot and resolve technical issuesStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsCertifications in relevant technologies (e.g., access control systems, video surveillance systems) are a plusAbility to work independently and remotelyValid driver's licenseAble to meet local jurisdiction Security License requirements
