Job Description

Cetera Investments is currently seeking an Operations Associate for our Dividend team in St. Cloud, MN. This is a unique opportunity to join our team and provide operational support and world-class customer service to our clients. Based on a successful training period, this role could be a hybrid.

What You Will Do

Provide high-level operational, customer service, and administrative support in our Dividend department. Process dividend, and interest payments and balance customer accounts daily. Be responsible for daily processing of work associated with the department. This may include journal entries, account processing, payment solutions, etc.Respond to telephone inquiries from internal and external customers, including registered representatives, regarding account status, account changes, and processes. Perform research as requested on customer accounts.You will partner with other team members to ensure financial professionals experience consistent, high-quality customer service.Other duties as assigned.

What You Need To Have

High School Diploma or GED1+ years operations experience1+ years of experience with MS Office tools
