Family Law Associate Attorney
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Dynamic, boutique family law firm seeks a full-time Associate Attorney licensed to practice law in Illinois with at least two years of experience in family law. Spanish proficiency is a plus. The ideal candidate will have strong client-management skills, organization skills, and attention to detail. The duties for this position would include, appearing at court dates in Cook County, DuPage County, Kane County, Lake County and Will County remotely and in-person as required by the court, communications with clients, drafting of pleadings, preparation of correspondence, discovery, negotiation of settlements, and preparation of settlement agreements and final judgments. Experience with Excel, Adobe Pro, Dropbox, Microsoft Office, and Family Law Software are preferred. Salary commensurate with experience.
