Essential Functions:Develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics targeting urologists and uro-oncologists to increase disease state awareness and awareness of cretostimogene grenadenrepvec.Provide in-depth expertise on bladder cancer, including diagnosis, treatment options, and clinical data related to cretostimogene grenadenrepvec.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall commercial objectives.Partner with business operations to implement market research and gather insights to identify physician needs, preferences, and trends in the NMIBC space and the strategy, tactics and metrics for cretostimogene grenadenorepvec..Develop educational materials, presentations, and resources tailored to urologists and uro-oncologists to support their understanding and adoption of cretostimogene grenadenrepvec.Organize and participate in medical education events, conferences, and symposiums targeting urologists to raise awareness and enhance product knowledge.Provide ongoing support and training to the future sales team regarding product features, clinical data, and key messaging for effective physician engagement.Use key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.MLR approval for marketing materialsCoordinate meeting and conference exhibits and materials Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, marketing, business)Minimum of 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology marketing, with a focus on physician-facing roles and oncology preferred.Strong marketing background with an ability to understand bladder cancer diagnosis, treatment modalities, and clinical data.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns targeting physicians.Urology, oncology disease state experience in biotech, genomics, device or pharmaAbility to prepare PPT and support documentation for senior level audiences.Proven track record in managing budgets and maintaining excel reporting on spend, budgets and forecasts.
The U.S. target annual salary range for this remote, full-time, position is currently set at $140,000-$170,000 The actual base salary offered for this role will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, market factors, experience and considering internal equity. In addition, to the base salary, CG Oncology offers a very attractive set of Total Rewards (including bonus and equity) and Well-Being Benefits provided as part of the overall compensation package for this role.
