Sr. HRIS Analyst (Workday)
π Role Overview & Responsibilities
This role is in the Human Resources Services Function within Chamberlain Group's Human Resources group. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) provide expert knowledge in designing, implementing, maintaining and supporting Workday modules, and (ii) identify opportunities to maximize system accuracy and efficiency, and the need to complete new configurations to tenant set-up or security profiles in workday, and (iii) optimize system effectiveness and functional processes through program configuration. Requires 5-10 years of relevant work experience and a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
ResponsibilitiesIdentify opportunities to maximize system accuracy and efficiency, and the need to complete new configurations to tenant set-up or security profiles in WorkdayOptimize system effectiveness and functional processes through program configurationAnticipate and provide the data reporting needs from business partnersReview system usage metrics and identify, investigate and resolve potential issuesResolve tier two escalations for Workday and Kronos including but not limited to researching and resolving problems, unexpected results or errors, and process flawsComplete knowledge transfer to end-users to ensure system adoption and participate in the development of training materials for HR staffPartner with HR CoEs to translate end user needs into system requirements as the Workday subject matter expertIntegrate solutions with enterprise information systems standardsProvide technical support for new HR system implementationHas strong vendor management skills developing working relationship with all HRIS vendors. Directly partners with them to problem solve any system issues, recommended solutions and testingComply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teamsProtect Chamberlain Groupβs reputation by keeping information confidentialMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
