Role DescriptionChapel Valley Landscape is currently hiring for a Maintenance Account Manager in our Alexandria, VA branch. The Account Manager has the primary responsibility of building a strong relationship with existing customers, quality control, renewals, enhancements, irrigation, lighting and plant healthcare sales for a designated geographical area. Execute high quality maintenance services in accordance with contract specifications and within given budgeted parameters.
Primary Responsibilities The main duties and responsibilities of the Account Manager include: Main client contact for all landscape maintenance services Business Development (enhancements, irrigation, lighting and plant healthcare) Job site and cost management
Qualifications2 year college degree in horticulture or related field and/or combination of experience and education.At least 1 year of satisfactory maintenance supervisory experience.General irrigation and IPM knowledgeSpecial Skills and Licensure Valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordGeneral estimating and budgeting system knowledgeExcellent time management and organizational skillsBi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
