📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Summary
As our customers’ first point of contact, you will be the friendly face, providing an excellent customer experience by trouble shooting their problems and providing support. We will rely on you to listen to our customers and use your deductive reasoning skills, technical expertise, creativity and passion for helping to meet their needs – and remind them that behind our great products are customer centric, accountable and collaborative team members willing to serve them.
Duties/ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain trust based relationship with customers and prospects;Interact with customers at a frequency determined with supervisor;Explain pricing for each assigned service/product for the customer;Interact with customers and prospects in order to give information in response to inquiresRespond and resolve all customer concerns;Provide orientation and training as needed for new customers;Provide information necessary to establish new accounts;Monitor and adhere to budgets;Assist New Business Manager as needed to procure new accounts;Regularly report and update customer interactions in internal Database;
Experience: customer interaction: 1 year (Preferred)Education: Associate (Preferred)Compensation Range: $40,000-$60,000 Yearly
