📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our Retail Sales Associate will help customers find merchandise and purchase products. Our duties include helping customers with products merchandise, assisting customers as needed and performing transactions like sales and returns.
Retail Sales Qualifications: Familiarity with POS/point of sale systems and the ability to learn new processing systemsGreat communication skillsPositive working attitude with customers and co-workersAbility to upsellAvailability to work a set schedule
Education Requirements: A specific level of education generally is not a requirement for our Retail Sales Associates, however most management positions require advanced degrees. We prefer Retail Sales Associates to have a high school diploma or equivalent, but it's not a requirement.
Experience Required: Some prior retail experience is required, minimum of 3 consecutive months.
