📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our client, a privately owned manufacturing company in Linn County, Oregon, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for employee relations, payroll and benefits, company policies and procedures, and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. In addition, the candidate will build strong relationships with our client's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
ResponsibilitiesPerform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs included but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leaveEnsures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilitiesImplement employee leave policies
QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related area6+ years' of experience working in Human Resources, ideally in a manufacturing environment
