The Client:Our client is a distinguished Miami-based General Contractor boasting over 25 years of industry expertise, specializing in preconstruction, general contracting, construction management, and design-build services. With a robust portfolio, they excel in commercial, multifamily, industrial, and healthcare projects.
The Projects:Our client has successfully delivered a diverse array of projects, including multifamily apartments, office buildings, and retail establishments. Currently, they are embarking on a landmark high-rise rental apartment development in Miami.
The Role:Following the retirement of a longstanding superintendent, our client is seeking a new Superintendent to join the team and take charge of managing the interior aspects (MEP, drywall, etc.) for the high-rise rental apartment project. This role requires a seasoned professional with experience in mid/high-rise construction who can seamlessly transition to other projects upon completion. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the company's long-term growth trajectory.
