📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are looking for a part-time clinical assistant!
Cherubino Health Center is a family-owned integrative health center located in Southborough, MA.
Hours: 15-20 hoursPay: $18-20/hour
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has the desire to grow in a healthcare setting and/or administration. They would also need to be interested in facilitating an office environment that is patient-centered, serving a diverse population, with a varied set of individualized needs. This person must be ambitious, polished, vibrant, and curious, with a personal emphasis on organization and lifelong learning.
Job Functions: Back-office tasks - Prepping rooms for patients, bringing patient into assigned room from waiting room, setting up patient therapies, keeping doctors running on timeFront-office tasks - Answering phone calls, scheduling patients, collecting payments, scanning documents and placing them into correct patient charts, etc. Also responsible for the cleanliness of the office and efficiency of all therapy, treatment, and office areasAssisting with any projects that may be assigned by the office manager and/or clinical supervisor
