We are looking for a Data Operations Specialist to join your team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data across various platform including ERP, Shopify, and others. By cleaning data, integrating sales reports, researching market trends, and maintaining data accuracy, you will contribute directly to the efficiency and effectiveness of our e-commerce operations.
Job description:Perform data cleaning processes to maintain the integrity and quality of datasetsCollaborate with superiors to integrate sales report data efficientlyConduct market research on new products and competing items to provide valuable insightsHelp manage platforms to maintain precise, error-free data
Requirements:Bilingual in Mandarin and EnglishKnowledge of E-Commerce industry, preferred.Attention to detail, ability to identify discrepancies in data proactivelyExperience with data management and integrity - cleaning, filtering, and sorting dataBasic data analysis/formulas in Google Sheets or Excel (VLookup, Avg/Sum/Count)Strong written and verbal communication skills (ability to summarize findings, results, and ideas clearly and concisely)Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc)
