📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
CSP's Accounting & Finance practice has partnered with a growing manufacturing organization and currently assisting them in searching for an Accounting Manager to join their team. This person will be responsible for managing day to day accounting functions, handle all cash and debt management, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial statements and reports. The Accounting Manager will work directly with outside consultants.
Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting functions including invoicing, A/R, A/P, cost accounting, and inventoryHandle banking and cash management, including cash forecasting, bank reconciliations, and credit card program managementSupervise payroll processing and accounting for benefitsOversee lease portfolio, including cost management and insurance.Prepare monthly financial reports and assist external auditorsOther duties as assigned
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related fieldProven experience (7+ years) in accounting rolesExperience with QuickBooks preferredWorking knowledge of GAAPExperience in managing multiple functions with diverse duties.
