HRIS Analyst

SUMMARYManages the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to process and maintain Human Resources (HR) records and report on Human Resources activities, ensuring accuracy.ESSENTIAL DUTIESTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Employees must spend over 50% of their time on these duties.Assists in configuration changes, creates test scripts, and tests to ensure all processes work according to requirements.Assists with data mapping and data conversion between multiple systems.Identifies and resolves operations and/or integration challenges.Assists with researching, designing, and testing systems and processes to develop process improvements, recommends solutions, and helps implement new applications.Serves as functional support for HR technology projects; assists in gathering requirements, writing business process procedures, and systems integration.Through the use of data audits, ensures data integrity, and compliance.Consults with end users on reporting solutions; summarizes data and offers insight.Work with the HRIS Manager to review software release notes and helps to develop testing plans.Troubleshoots and logs issues with the HRIS Manager and service providers, follows up, and assist with testing solutions. Conducts relevant trainings for staff as-needed.ADDITIONAL DUTIESPerforms other job-related duties and projects as assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
