Join us as our new Sanitation Technician
Under the direction of the Sanitation Supervisor, the Sanitation Technician is responsible for the cleaning and sanitizing of the plant to ensure sanitary conditions at all times and in accordance with UAS’ standard operating procedures. Cleaning duties include general custodial work, floor scrubbing and room cleaning.
In this role you'll make an impact by:
Completing our 2nd Shift team, working 2:45 pm - 12:45 am Monday through Thursday.Performing sanitation duties as required by the Master Cleaning SchedulePerforming general custodial dutiesPerforming room cleaning during product change overPerforming nightly cleaning of floors and other areas assignedStrictly adhering to and following all applicable Standard Operating Procedures Recording information as required
To succeed you must hold
High School Diploma along with 1+ year experience in a similar capacity2+ years of relevant experience in an FDA-regulated or controlled manufacturing environment, preferably dietary supplements or pharmaceuticals.Must have the ability to read, write, speak and comprehend English sufficiently to perform the essential functions of the positionAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly during shiftAbility to utilize a ladder while follow all safety procedures
