Human Resources Coordinator

Responsibilities
Monitor applicant flow daily in the applicant tracking system and/or work with recruiter assigned to the position(s).Update applicants daily in the applicant in tracking systemAssists Department Managers and Administrator with employee retention planningComplete employment process for new hires E.g. I-9, tax forms, license/certification verification, references, background checks, fingerprinting scheduling, physical and drug screen schedulingSchedule and assists with new hire orientationEnsure Employee Problem Resolution Process is being followed and report resultsComplete injury reportsComplete benefit enrollment and follow upsMaintain up-to-date files for employment documents
Education And/or Experience
Minimum Associates Degree with 5+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator or Manager capacity, orMinimum Bachelor in HR or BSA with concentration in Human ResourcesMinimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably in the long term care setting
