Expected Starting Salary Range: 28.15 - 35.98

Population health will provide exceptional delivery of operational commitments, improve health and outcomes for children with Behavioral health needs, drive affordability through improved cost and utilization and ensure zero gaps in child health outcomes by race and socioeconomic status.

Representative Responsibilities

Program Coordination

Provide program coordination and support for assigned program and supports leadership in implementation, coordination, evaluation, and planning of program's goals. Serves as primary program liaison for daily operational and administrative issues. Maintains direct communication with key internal and external partners and project leaders. Plans and executes projects in a timely manner. Support the program by coordinating marketing, and internal and external communications. Track program metrics and goals and prepares internal reports. Collaborate with other internal areas to ensure program efficiency. Generally, works under the direct supervision of a program manager or department leader. May provide some administrative support such as arranging meetings, developing agendas, preparing meeting materials.

Communication & Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners, colleagues, and other key stakeholders. Respond to requests quickly and effectively. Identify and understand customer needs and expectations and meets them. Communicate any relevant information to partners, colleagues, and other key stakeholders. Create and distribute project/program communications.

Operational Management Support

Provide support on initiatives, projects or programs. Collaborate with appropriate parties to plan, implement, and/or evaluate services. May manage personnel related to specific projects.

Process Improvement

Participate in improving organizational performance through identifying areas for improvement, performing new procedures, collecting data, and providing input to department discussions.

Collaboration

Work collaboratively/cooperatively with others to achieve goals. Develop positive working relationships with peers/colleagues. Share knowledge and/or provide support for team members. Contribute to and promote a positive and professional work environment/atmosphere. May serve as a liaison within the division or organization.

Education/Experience

Required

Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of work experience OR Master's Degree and 2-4 years' experience

Preferred

Project Management Experience
