We are seeking a Bilingual HR Coordinator, to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. What we are looking for: Sensaria seeks a Bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Coordinator to be our go-to person for all things HR in our Raleigh production facility. You'll wear many hats, from managing paperwork to assisting with employee experience, recruitment and onboarding. Key Responsibilities: Be the HR rockstar: Maintain records, update databases, and process paperwork (new hires, terminations, etc.)File First Report of Injury for Workers Compensation claimsAdminister Employee Badge ProcessSupport recruitment team: Assist with interviews, track candidates, and answer applicant questions.Onboarding pro: Coordinate new hire orientation and training.Employee champion: Answer questions, handle requests, and coordinate HR related events.Data whiz: Generate reports, manage data input, and collaborate with other departments.Special projects guru: Take the lead on initiatives like recognition programs and department communication and newsletters.Bonus points for: Experience in manufacturing/warehouse environmentHRIS system experience (UKG Pro a plus)Compensation Range: $45,000 - $53,000 annually ($22.00- $25.00 hourly) Benefits: Sensaria offers a competitive compensation package, which includes vacation days, sick days, paid holidays, along with Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, STD, LTD, Optional Life insurance, and opportunities for professional development.
