📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in building business applications, integrations, preferably in Finance. Hands on experience and expertise in Procure To Pay domain (Ariba, Oracle ERP, Concur etc.)Experience of working in Finance domain Experience with agile ways of working and tools like Jira for user stories and defect tracking. Experience with end-to-end software development lifecycle Experience assisting/leading teams in an Agile environment to refine backlog and sprint planning sessions, ensuring story backlog meets definition of ready and is ready for your scrum team to start implementing.
Desired Skills: Experience with BI tools such as Microstrategy or Tableu Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to influence business on processes and at the same time be able to translate requirements to developers. Experience supporting/scoping solutions with hybrid cloud implementation and integration. Exposure to Test automation is a nice to have.
