The Opportunity

LifeScan is currently recruiting for a Treasury Manager that will execute day-to-day Treasury Operations activities of the Company. This role will coordinate global Treasury processes with Finance and Operational partners, including policies and controls.

Job Focus

Monitor global daily cash position and report out regularly on receipts activity relative to forecasts.Update global 13 week cashflow, including split between accessible and inaccessible cashWork with Corporate Tax to identify and implement dividend and cash repatriation opportunities to optimize subsidiary cash balancesCoordinate with regional controllers to provide feedback on, and refine, cash forecasting methodologiesComplete recurring cash flow forecast reporting for our owners (Platinum equity)Serve as the main PoC for primary banking relationshipsLead efforts to rationalize banking relationships across the globe and drive increased liquidity by eliminating open letters of creditLeading role on global bank account management with subsidiaries.Execution of foreign currency confirmations and settlements.Support the company’s annual insurance renewalsHelp implement process improvement initiatives in order to optimize cash management efficiencies (ex: credit card facility consolidation).Recommend and support updates to Treasury policies.Help prepare audit documentation in support of the annual audit. Serve as a Treasury point of contact and act as a liaison with peers across the globe and various other departments.

Requirements for this role include

General knowledge of business, Treasury and accounting standards, procedures and policies.Understanding of business processes, standards and policies that govern Treasury.Exhibit analytical, process management and communication skills, including report writing and presentation.Requires proactive interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills; attention to detail is necessary. The ability to adapt communication style to audience is essential.Ability to work independently and interface with multiple management levels.Proficient in MS OfficeOther duties as assigned by Head of Treasury.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline from four-year college or university.
