The Balance Sheet Mgmt Ld Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Responsibilities

Contributes to the analytics and development of Non-Trading Market Risk Management Frameworks ("NTMR") in Corporate Treasury including:Asset Allocation and Other Comprehensive Income ("OCI") analyses and strategy support for Citi's $600bn of Liquidity Investment Securities PortfolioInvolved in developing 1st line NTMR Risk Management Frameworks including methodology, governance, global policies and standards for FX, Credit Spread on the banking book, Pensions, Bank Owned Life Insurance, and Equity investmentsExposure to Citi’s balance sheet and develop understanding of data and technology infrastructure supporting the NTMR reporting process including but not limited to Asset Allocation, BOLI, and FX , CSRBBPerforms other duties and functions as assignedAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred,6-10 years of experience in FinanceMust have advanced analytical and experience with Bloomberg and fixed income investment assets but also the ability to see the big pictureExcellent communication skills are imperative i.e. ability to make complex subjects easily digestible for senior managementExercises proven Power Point, Excel, and database management and Python coding skills a plusAbility to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Ability to interact with all levels of management Must be a team player
