HR Specialist Senior

Job Id: 24737025 The Human Resources (HR) Specialist Senior is an entry level position responsible for contributing to the delivery of day-to-day HR support in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in providing a broad range of HR services to client groups within Citi.

Responsibilities

Provide efficient service to employees and other partners via phone and email interactionsIdentify opportunities to serve employees beyond initial requests to ensure all possible current and future needs are metUse judgement and initiative to address and/or escalate requests in a timely mannerEducate employees on how to efficiently utilize self-service tools through direct access channels Assist in process improvement efforts to increase efficiency and employee satisfactionMonitor and manage centralized mailboxesParticipate in projects, as neededAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications

2-4 years of relevant experienceWorking knowledge of HR business processesExperience in identifying process improvements and supporting associated implementation effortsProven analytical skills and attention to detail requiredConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationAbility to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirementsAbility to work in a team-oriented environment

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

$56,450.00 - $73,650.00
