Senior Vice President, End-User Experience Designer/Graphics Designer (Hybrid)

As a Senior End User Designer visual graphics designer, the person will be responsible for user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design for various digital platforms (email communications, dashboard, SharePoint, web, and mobile apps). This person will contribute to all elements of the user experience and optimize improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design. The person in this role will be heavily involved in creating, developing, and maintaining design system components, and blueprints to ensure there is a cohesiveness unity in design, look and feel.

Responsibilities

Combine UX thinking with design execution, to produce usable and intuitive user interfaces.Plan and run user tests and other design research to inform design decisions.Collaborate with the rest of the CRS team to evolve and refine design, ensuring visual cohesion and engineering efficacy across all user touchpoints.Help build out design processes, tools, and technology.Help build design system components and create stylesheet.Communication design solutions to stakeholders.Design and prototypes elegant solution for emails, dashboard, report, SharePoint, web, and mobile apps.Understand user needs.Working within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touchpoints.Ensure style guides and design principles are applied and followed throughout each phase of the product journey.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in UX design or related field.Proficient with visual design programs.Web design experience in developing collaborate sites.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces.Excellent written and oral communication skillsCreative flair and a good eye to designStrong influencing and relationship management skills and experience.Ability to understand and translate technical information into user friendly terms.Well organized, detail oriented and able to work in fast paced environment.Strong working knowledge/experience in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SharePoint

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range

$169,600.00 - $254,400.00
