Vice President - In Busniess Credit Risk

The In Business Credit Risk professional is a senior level position responsible for overseeing and managing the Credit Risk of the Spread Products – Financing lending portfolio.

Responsibilities will include reviewing and understanding risk reports, escalating potential issues, developing enhanced views of risk across the portfolio and managing capital of the portfolio.

Assume significant levels of responsibility for the various phases of project and transaction execution, new business development and overall growth of the firmWork closely with management on financing transactions and portfolio managementWork with clients, senior-level team members and outside professional advisors on special situation transactionsResponsible for drafting situation analyses, pitch materials, limit increase requests and capital increase requests

Qualifications

6-10 years of experienceExperience in the Financial Services industry, specifically within Banking and/or MarketsDegree in Finance or closely related areas of Business AdministrationComprehensive knowledge of the banking business and its related products, pertinent regulations and lending and credit approval processesConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsExperience with large corporate clients, capital markets products, derivatives, credit, cash management, trade, finance and securities productsSeries 7 and 63 preferred

Education

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
