Corporate Training and Development Consultant

The Citizens Crime Commission (CCC) is a non-government, non-profit organization charged with tackling the most vexatious crime issues of our time. Specifically, we work with high-risk individuals who are gang and gun involved, and individuals at the early stages of mobilizing to violent extremism. We understand that violence, and the behaviors driving violence, are complex. We combine a diverse range of skills to tackle these complicated problems, utilizing a multidisciplinary approach to create robust, action-oriented solutions to prevent violence. Our unique staff is composed of behavioral specialists, criminal justice experts and researchers, enabling us to build out comprehensive intervention programs. As a Program Analyst at the CCC, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, implementation, and evaluation of our programs and initiatives. You will work closely with various stakeholders, and nonprofits throughout the city of New York to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights that drive informed decision-making and program improvement.

Responsibilities:● Conduct thorough analysis of program data, including participant demographics, outcomes, and feedback ● Develop and maintain comprehensive program evaluation frameworks and metrics ● Collaborate with program managers to design surveys, interviews, and other data collection tools ● Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement ● Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders ● Support establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with key community stakeholders, including but not limited to community-based organizations, government agencies and local politicians ● Collaborate with the CCC team to identify new funding sources, and assist with grant writing and reporting ● Other duties and responsibilities as needed Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a Master’s in public policy, urban studies, psychology, social work, social sciences, or other relevant fields.

Other qualifications include: ● 2+ years of experience in program evaluation, data analysis, or a related field ● Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner ● Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ● Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, including the ability to effectively lead and facilitate meetings involving diverse groups of stakeholders. ● Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills, including the ability to take initiative, problem-solve, prioritize duties, balance competing priorities, work independently and with teams in a fast-paced environment, pay close attention to detail, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure ● Candidate must also be a skilled written communicator who is able to work and maintain strong relationships with multiple organizations and partners ● A keen intersectional, social justice, anti-oppression, anti-violence, trauma-informed and healing justice lens to programming, ensuring workshops serve communities with best practices and an evidence-based approach ● Must be willing to travel throughout New York City and State ● Attend occasional events in the summer on weekends ● Good sense of humor
