Custodial Handyman

Description

The Janitorial Custodian (TOF) role within Real Estate Operations has responsibility for routine office cleaning and janitorial services within our Retail and back-office facilities as well as some light maintenance. In this role you will respond to colleague and business requested work orders and have a routine schedule of work orders.

Primary Responsibilities Include

Cleaning designated facility areas on a regular basis (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)Conduct minor repairs and maintenance such as changing light bulbs, replacing ceiling tiles and doing visual inspectionsTraveling to and from facilities within a designated route/radiusMaintaining a stock of supplies, and paper products at each facilityExecuting deeper cleaning tasks and special projects when requiredClosing out work orders upon completion using Computerized Maintenance Management System via cellphone or computer access at facilities Communicating in a pleasant and professional manner with internal Colleagues and external Customers Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and materials in vehicles Responsibility for maintaining bank supplied vehicle and phone

Qualifications

1 or more years of experience in janitorial and light carpentry roleProven customer service experience and/or abilitiesCompetent use of MS Office applications to include MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and WordAbility to travel as requiredDemonstrated written and verbal communications skillsAbility to work under pressure with efficiency and accuracyAbility to plan and prioritize workload

Education, Certifications And/or Other Professional Credentials

High School Degree or EquivalentValid Driver’s License, required

Hours per Week: 40hrs Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
