But we do more than just manage maintenance services for commercial facilities—we pride ourselves on being a partner that not only helps our clients save time and solve problems, but keeps their facilities clean and safe.We are looking for a Facility Solutions Manager (Account Manager) to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients (upselling) and actively seek new sales opportunities.If you are familiar with account management software (CRM) and have a flair for client communication we’d like to meet you!EXPERIENCE• 3 – 5 year’s sales/management experience in building maintenance, facility management or equivalent experience.• Prior experience as an Account Manager, Business to Business Sales, Account Representative, or other customer service route-based positions preferred.TRAVEL• Must have a valid driver’s license, access to reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
