Position: Associate Attorney/Senior AttorneyLocation: Mission Viejo, CA 92691Type: Full-time Hybrid
Job descriptionFor over 30 years, our firm has specialized in serving as corporate and litigation counsel to homeowner's associations (HOAs), community associations and condominium developments throughout California. Our extensive and varied client portfolio includes master-planned developments of thousands of homes, downtown high-rises, mixed use and commercial developments, and common interest communities of all sizes and characteristics.
HOAs are everywhere and are growing in number, size and sophistication. The demand for HOA-related professional services, including legal, is increasing exponentially and will continue to do so as housing shifts toward planned developments and condominiums.
We are looking for more talented, energetic and self-motivated attorneys with experience range 2 years to 8 years to join our team and contribute to our continued success. Candidates must possess strong writing, technology and interpersonal skills. Litigation and HOA-related experience is required. Must be admitted to the California Bar.
