The Warehouse Associate is responsible for re-working the damaged product resulting in the ability to salvage the product.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Repair and re-work a damaged product so that the product may be salvaged and used as an acceptable product. Position may be responsible for inbounding shipments as appropriate Follow all CJ Logistics policies and procedures Support and participate in Lean Logistics Center's continual improvement activities. Participate in all assigned training programs. Additional job duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED preferred. Ability to work independently to accomplish work Ability to follow oral and/or written instruction Basic math and reading skills to perform job tasks and complete necessary paperwork. Ability to meet medium-level physical exertion requirements, including lifting up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to work within a team environment and foster a respectful workplace. Demonstrate ethical behavior in all business interactions.
