Position Overview

The General Manager is responsible for interfacing with the customer to align customer expectations and operational performance. The Shared Services Manager will collaborate with internal leadership and local operations, inventory and quality teams to ensure all inventory and quality management issues are identified and resolved appropriately while also managing communication including external customers across multiple warehouse networks. The Shared Services Manager will also provide supervision to centralized shared services teams.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Interact with the users to ensure business requirements are translated into functional and technical specificationsPerform the design, development, unit testing and documentation of new Blue Yonder requirementsSupport Blue Yonder integrations with new technologiesAnalyze Blue Yonder issues and address the root causeProvide go-live support for implementations and new technologiesPartner with internal CJ teams (such as Operations and Engineering), where Blue Yonder subject matter expert knowledge is requiredProvide on-call support as neededAdditional job duties as assigned

Requirements And Qualifications

Bachelor’s degreeStrong and proven skills using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)Proven ability to analyze data and provide recommendations based on analysisStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExperience leading a department with an advanced communication management tool and/or process automation is strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to analyze data & provide recommendations3-5 years of logistics experience2 years of leading direct reports with ability to manage, coach, and develop salaried directed reportsAbility to travel as needed
