PR and Marketing Senior Account Manager

This is a hybrid role, and only applicants currently residing in Austin, Texas, will be considered. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Manage agency colleagues to devise and execute media relations, influencer relations, paid social, advertising, event marketing, and other types of public relations campaigns that meet client's needs and budgetLead accounts including vision and strategy development and implementationCollaborate on business development proposals, scopes, and other documentsStay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies Ensure client-facing deliverables adhere to agency standards for quality, consistency, and brand guidelines and align with established vision, goals, and, objectivesStay informed on algorithms and other technological changes on all relevant platforms for paid and organic campaignsAnalyze key performance metrics, manage preparation of client reports, and lead client meetingsDiscover client’s additional business needs and collaborate with CKP’s business development functionCollaborate and manage across other CKP verticals as neededWork with colleagues and leadership to identify and develop additional professional skills and competenciesSupervise, mentor, and encourage ongoing learning and professional development of colleagues

Requirements and Necessary Skills Minimum of eight years of full-time employment in public relations, communications, advertising, or related field (not including internships)Current resident of AustinExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize and multitaskGood understanding of business processesHighly organizedTeam player Ability to thrive in a hybrid office environmentHigh level of personal accountability and responsibilityAbility to build and foster trust, within team and with clientsAbility to work under pressure Ability to digest large quantities of information quickly while maintaining high attention to detailProactive attitude; self-motivated and drivenGoal-getterInterest in life-long learning; hunger for new experiences and opportunitiesPrevious agency experience strongly preferred
