📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Compensation - Base salary starting at $75,000 - $85,000 depending on experience
Our client is a boutique public accounting firm. With a team under 50 CPAs and staff, everyone has a voice and is recognized for their contributions. For over a decade, this firm has been a loyal and trusted resource of accounting advice for their clients.
Responsibilities
Work closely with clients in planning and preparation of tax documents while providing personalized and quality service that is beyond comparison.Oversee and mentor staff accountants at the firm.
Qualifications
CPA, CPA Candidate, or EA with 6 – 10 years of current Public accounting experience.Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Accounting.Strong experience with preparation and review of corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns a must.Ability to identify client tax implications and possibilities.Trust and Estate accounting & tax return experience a plus.Highly proficient with QuickBooks and/or other similar bookkeeping software packages.Prosystem FX tax, fixed assets; research or other similar tax preparation and research software packages.
