Job Description
Greet customers and guests in a professional and friendly mannerSchedule medical appointments for patientsMeasure vital signs and draw bloodProvide health care, first aid, immunizations, or assistance in convalescence or rehabilitationRecord, monitor, and report symptoms or changes in patient's conditionsMaintain medical records such as pharmacy files, patient profiles, inventories, etc.Handle customer complaints by defusing tension and finding quick solutionsConverse with various medical professionals about patient's diagnoses and treatmentsPerform cleaning duties to a professional standard
