Successful collection of delinquent medical accountsBilling of insuranceCompleting payment transactionsSubmitting documentation upon patient requestProviding resolution for matters encompassing communication with insurance companiesEnsures successful account maintenance and collection of patient accounts
Position Requirements
Handle both inbound and outbound phone callsCommunication with insurance companiesResearch files to identify third party payorsPossess great written and verbal communication skillEfficiency in both interpretation and documentation of accountsOrganizational and problem-solving skills
