Railhead is presently seeking multiple professionals to support a customer in the National Capital Region (NCR) who serves as head of the Intelligence Community, utilizing subject-matter experts in the areas of collection, analysis, acquisition, policy, human resources, and management. One of our immediate requirements is for SME Enterprise Mission Lead. Responsibilities: * Leads support of functions that require technical solutions and provides enterprise-level guidance regarding technical solutions, innovations, and efficiencies. Responsible for providing senior-level expertise in data science to support ODNI's requirements, mission, and objectives, including conceptualizing, creating, and delivering new tools, techniques, and services.

Plans, designs, and leads expert-level planning and direction of improving and upgrading the TO products and services delivered and providing new, innovative solutions, tools, and analytical techniques and methodologies. Efforts include innovative activities, transformative initiatives, and enterprise mission improvements that support the architecture, design, development, and implementation of Enterprise, and Cloud-based, information systems in support of ODNI's mission. Directs the Enterprise Innovation and Transformation (EIT) Process from inception through completion; Supports the Transformation and Organizational Change Lead's execution of Organizational Change Management processes as required. Serves as primary customer contact for EIT process activities, supporting the NARSIL PMO in program review sessions with Directorate staff to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems, and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources. Ensures Railhead meets deadlines, standards, and cost targets, providing overall quality assurance within the scope of innovation and transformation. Leads and facilitates the Capabilities Working Group.

Qualifications: * US government Clearance: Current Top Secret/SCI
