Financial Management Analyst with Security Clearance

Duties * Applies resource management and data analytic principles and practices to perform a wide variety of complex financial management, accounting systems and data analytic functions. * Review and analyze regulations, laws, directives, ledgers, journals, accounts cost data and related transactions and functions. * Provides professional management accounting advice and recommendations to Command program managers regarding problems found in current and future operational efficiency. * Provides advice and guidance covering a wide variety of financial policies and program/system requirements and collaborate with various teams to collect and analyze data. Requirements Conditions of Employment * This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. * This is a Financial Management Level II certified position. Incumbent of this position is required to comply with all Department of Defense and Department of the Army requirements of this certification program. * This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 25% of the time.
