Duties * Provide management support services in the areas of program cost analysis, annual/multi-year/long range financial planning, and development of command programs. * Collect, review, analyze, and prepare the command Program Objective Memorandum (POM) input. * Coordinate with program managers, functional subject matter experts, and resource management personnel to evaluate requirements, operational impacts, and risk. * Advise Directorate and Command Group of potential programmatic and operational impacts.
