Company Description Clearfork Academy is a treatment center located in Fort Worth, Texas. We provide Christ-centered care for adolescent boys & girls between the ages of 12 and 17 who struggle with substance abuse, addiction, and accompanying mental health and behavioral issues.
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Therapist at Clearfork Academy at our outpatient PHP/IOP Hulen location. As a Program Therapist, you will be responsible for providing addiction recovery treatment and mental health counseling to adolescent youths in our care. You will conduct individual and group therapy sessions, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the overall well-being and recovery of our residents.
Qualifications Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related fieldLicensed as a mental health professional in the state of TexasLMSW, LCSW, LPC, LPC-AssociateExperience in substance abuse treatment and counselingKnowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approachesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamEmpathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to help adolescentsFamiliarity with trauma-informed careExperience working with families and collaborating with external referral sourcesStrong organizational and time management skills
