Who We're Looking For - Licensed Medicare Sales Agent

Clearlink is currently seeking experienced and Licensed Insurance Sales Agents to join our work from home Medicare team! You will assist customers to make Medicare healthcare decisions by carefully matching customers with the optimal products and services. This person will be responsible for providing a phenomenal customer experience to all customers and maintaining the highest level of integrity, while consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals.

Drive sales and revenue by assisting customers in making healthcare decisions over the phoneMeet and exceed monthly sales and performance goalsComplete transactional sales through closingAdhere to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Medicare Marketing Guidelines and company policies and proceduresMake outbound calls to follow up on and close businessOther duties and projects will be assigned as needed

What You Bring

MUST CURRENTLY HOLD AN ACTIVE HEALTH INSURANCE LICENSEMinimum of 1 year AEP Experience in the last 2 seasonsExperience selling Medicare Advantage & Medicare Supplement/Medigap is preferredExperience selling Individual and/or senior insurance products via the telephoneExcellent computer software skills (e.g. Word, Excel, Project and Internet skills)Strong communication skillsHigh School Diploma required; BA/BS preferredCall center experience preferredMust be flexible in hours you are able to work (possible weekends)Overtime, including weekends, may be required throughout the duration of AEP
