📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:Ensure quality product is being delivered for all clients enrolled in SEO productsManage and motivate a growing team of in-office and remote SEO analysts, strategists, content writers, and web developers.Craft and execute partner marketing strategies to drive growthDevelop comprehensive internal processes for seamless implementation across our portfolioProvide expert guidance on SEO best practices and execution.Implement scalable tracking solutions using tools like Google Search Console and Google AnalyticsMentor and train teams on industry standards, company protocols and best practices.Foster a client-centric culture focused on continuous learning and growthDrive personal growth and development among the SEO team through mentorship. Educate CHD on SEO advancements to ensure Account Managers & Sales team effectively communicate our achievements and abilitiesBoost departmental and company revenue through efficiency enhancements, strategic diversification, and support for new business opportunities. Other duties may be assigned
Required Qualifications:3 years of SEO experience3 years of management/team lead experience Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, SEMRush, AdWords, YouTube, etc.Deep technical understanding of the SEO industry and technologiesExperience troubleshooting complex website issues. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, agency environment. Strong communication skills for conveying technical information to diverse levels of digital marketing knowledge.Executive presence with excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.Highly organized with acute attention to detailExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, GMail, GChat).
Preferred Qualifications:5+ years of related work experience with managing SEO Campaigns in-house or in an agency setting5+ years of management experience Experience in automotive, legal, and/or medical verticalsAbility to handle multiple clients simultaneously
