Payroll Analyst

Fisher Investment's Global Payroll team is currently seeking an analyst to join our team supporting the firm's global growth initiatives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on growth initiatives while supporting key business areas across the organization. The Opportunity: As a Payroll Analyst you will process payroll, complete audits, preform reconciliations and coordinate with finance and human resources as needed. Reporting to the Payroll Team Lead, you will work with a dynamic payroll team supporting employees across the globe. Utilizing your experience and expertise, you will have the opportunity to review processes and make strategic recommendations to increase efficiency and ensure quality. You will also partner closely with team members in corporate finance and human capital to maintain standards and consistency across the firm. The Day-to-Day:Administer payroll and taxes for global operationsMaintain employee records, including voluntary and involuntary deductionsAudit, analyze and identify inconsistencies between HR and Payroll systemsPrepare regular payroll reports as well as ad hoc reports as neededEstablish and maintain written procedures documenting compliance and processesCollaborate cross-functionally with partners across the businessAssist with ongoing evaluation and improvement of payroll processesParticipate in payroll projects to support team initiativesWork in a global payroll environmentYour Qualifications:Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred or equivalent experience2+ years of payroll experience2+ years of experience in UKG (preferred) or other payroll softwareLatin America payroll experienceCompensation:$80,000 - $100,000 base salary per year in the state of WA - New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experienceEligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performanceWhy Fisher Investments: We work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.
