What You Will Do:The Requirements Analyst will work with product owners and our customers to identify and interpret software requirements and design specifications. You will also review client policies and processes to extract requirements for solution design. You will be expected to translate technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical personnel. You will work across business and technical teams to help identify, track, and manage business, functional, and technical requirements throughout the full lifecycle of the solution, including creating and maintaining a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and providing support for testing against the requirements. As a senior consultant on our team, you will review documentation for accuracy, progress, and adherence to the design concept and system standards.

What You Will Need:Minimum Degree Required: BachelorsUS Citizenship requiredExperience formulating and defining system scope and objectives based on user/business needsAbility to analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and translate both into proper system requirement specifications

What Would Be Nice To Have:Experience identifying and managing business, functional, and technical requirements for cybersecurity/IAM productsExperience liaising across business and technical teams to communicate requirements to different stakeholdersExperience developing and tracking requirements through a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and working with testing specialists to develop use cases to test against the requirementsProven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectivesUnderstanding of agile methodologiesDemonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audienceExperience developing and briefing materials and executive summariesExperience with the Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) and deployment of IAM systemsExperience working with a Credential Management System (CMS)Knowledge or experience supporting projects related to PIV Credentialing Systems, IAM Architecture, Identity Management, and other IAM solutionsKnowledge of physical and logical access control principlesProvide guidance and documentation for IAM-related security policies, procedures, and guidelines

The annual salary range for this position is $109,100.00-$163,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
