Objectives of this role:A critical member of a small high-energy team of LCA experts and software engineers, the LCA/EPD Analyst is our entry level position. Reporting to and working closely with the Director of North American LCA and EPD Services, this position is accountable for managing all aspects of on-boarding clients to our EPD Generator platform. This includes managing the customer through the data collection phase, writing the LCA report, obtaining third-party verification of initial EPDs, deploying the EPD generator software, and training the customer on its use.

The LCA/EPD Analyst establishes and manages milestones, action items, and identifies challenges in accomplishing goals and objectives. Initially focused on our EPD Generator, the Analyst will also be expected to participate in and ultimately lead other custom LCA projects and to learn and represent the complete suite of products. We are growing and we want you to be an integral part of our growth.

Responsibilities:This is a hands-on position, requiring a critical eye for details and a big picture perspective. You will be working with large and smaller customers ultimately with little direct day-to-day oversight and 100% responsibility for the success of every EPD Generator™ customer.

Requirements:The successful candidate must be a team player, skilled time manager and negotiator, obsessive planner, strategic thinker, and skilled writer who is self-motivated, creative, confident, hardworking and enthusiastic. ● Experience with SimaPro is required and GABi experience is a big plus.● Demonstrated ability to apply life cycle assessment through coursework or internship experience● Preferred Master’s degree in environmental science/management or engineering or a field related to life cycle assessment with specific coursework in life cycle assessment or equivalent experience● Excellent communication skills with a customer service orientation and good listening skills● Demonstrated success in project management and customer care● Team player who possesses strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills● Creative problem-solver with ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment● Self-starter with sense of humor and positive, can-do, professional demeanor who requires little hand holding● Fluent in English and Spanish● US work permit● Ability to travel

Location:While location is flexible, we prefer candidates located within the US.

Salary and Benefits:Our benefit package includes healthcare and a company matched 401k retirement program for US based employees. The salary range for this position is $65,000 – $70,000, depending on your background and years of experience.
